There’s various type of weather in the challenging area of Riot City, in normal mode, weather are part of details and to make the world more immersive, while in Nightmare mode, weather playing a huge part to the gameplay, some are helping while the others serves as challenging hours to tackle.

Weather side effects take part when the player are on the outside : without a floor/roof above

Example of planned weather in game with their side effects :

• Rain : Reduce Hunger
• Heat Wave : Reduce HP
• Windy : Reduce Hunger
• Full Moon : Ogre getting more aggressive

Some type of equipment also have an unique effect that help player to counter/diminish the weather side effect.

Example of the effect are :

• Wearing Shorts will reduce damage taken while in Heat Wave weather.
• Wearing Rain Coat will reduce the rate of Hunger penalty in Rain weather.
